Find the Free Trial Center
Sign in to your Shein account and locate the Free Trial Center. In the mobile app, it may appear within your profile under services or additional features. Navigation can vary by region and platform version.
Once inside, you can review products currently accepting applications. Available listings may change as new items are added or existing opportunities are removed.

Choose a product and submit your request
The program generally provides up to three application opportunities per week. Unused opportunities typically do not transfer to a future week.
Before submitting an application:
- Select an eligible product
- Choose the appropriate size when applicable
- Confirm your delivery information
- Review the application details before selecting Submit
Check your region: Your shipping country should correspond to the regional Shein website being used. A mismatch may prevent the request from being processed correctly.

Track your submitted applications
Application results may take approximately one week to appear. Check the relevant Free Trial section of your account to follow each submitted request.
- Approved — your application has been selected and the qualifying item may proceed to fulfillment.
- Failed — the application was not selected for that opportunity.

Evaluate the item and provide feedback
Selected participants who receive a qualifying item can evaluate it through normal use, considering aspects such as quality, fit, materials, construction, comfort, and overall experience.
After testing the item, participants can submit their evaluation through the applicable account section. Program guidance may specify a period of approximately 10 days after delivery for completing the report.
